Shipping in India
Orders placed in India are usually packed and dispatched within [1-2 working days] after payment is confirmed.

Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you the tracking details on the email address or phone number shared during checkout.

Delivery usually takes [2-3 working days] after dispatch. Some locations may take a little longer depending on the courier service in your area.

Shipping Outside India
We ship internationally wherever our delivery partners are able to serve.International parcels usually reach customers within [3-5 working days] after dispatch. Since the parcel travels across countries, customs clearance or local delivery checks may sometimes add extra time.Please note that customs duty, import tax or any local fee charged in your country is not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges, where applicable, need to be paid by the customer.

Received a Damaged Parcel?We take care while packing every product, but damage during transit can still happen.In case your parcel arrives damaged, please write to us within [48 hours / 2 days] of receiving it. Share your order number and clear pictures of the damaged product and outer packaging. This helps us check the issue and guide you on the next step.
